The channel must be activated via the Bloc MFB mobile or web application.
- Mobile app: Go to your profile -> Settings -> Enable USSD Banking.
- Web app: Click on settings -> Security tab -> Toggle USSD Banking.
Enabling or disabling this feature requires PIN authorization.
Ensure you are dialing the USSD code from the mobile number registered with your Bloc MFB account. Using an unregistered number may result in this error.
If you used different phone numbers for your business and personal accounts during onboarding, the accounts visible will depend on the phone number used to dial the USSD code.
- Dialing with your business phone number will show only your business accounts.
- Dialing with your personal phone number will show only your personal accounts.
Yes. Dial 5573911# from your registered phone number, choose “Stop Debit Transactions,” and select “For Yourself.” You’ll need to provide your user PIN. Once verified, all your Bloc MFB accounts will be blocked.
You can still block your accounts using another person’s phone. Ask them to dial 5573911# and select “Stop Debit Transactions,” then “For Others.” Provide your phone number or account number and user PIN. Once verified, all your Bloc MFB accounts will be blocked.
Only the user who blocked the account(s) can unblock them.
